Double room in clean quiet house near Tram, Asda 24 Hrs and M60. in Radcliffe, Northumberland for sale

I have two double bedrooms; with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, is recently decorated and has a freesat/dvd/TV. Adjacent are a shower room / wc or the Family bathroom (with shower). One is downstairs adjacent to the private garden the other is on the top floor. The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac on a recent estate a short walk to the 24hr Asda/McDonalds and the bus station. The Tram Station is 12 minutes walk away which is on the Bury to Manchester Victoria route so commuting is very possible. There is on street parking; Bury, the M60 and Bolton are 10/15 minutes drive. The middle floor has a lounge kitchen diner with 40" HD TV with blueray player, catch up tv and HD Sat recorder. The kitchen has fitted appliances including dishwasher and there is a second fridge freezer and a new large load washing machine in the garage which has an internal door. I occasionally work away and am often out evenings. I am a lighting designer and university lecturer / manager by trade. Have traveled extensively and worked in a variety of roles. My interests are the arts, music out, cycling (there is room for a bike if you are too), swimming, snowboarding, windsurfing etc. This is my own home and it is clean tidy and homely!
